• Specialized Training: As a student minister, you’ll receive pre-trip video training material designed to get your students well prepared for your mission trip. This material will not only prepare you and your students for the mission, but will also support your efforts to develop your students into disciple-makers.
  
  
• Proven Mobilization Tools: We’ll also assist you by giving you proven resources for both mobilizing and equipping your students. And, we will provide you with tools for communicating with parents and your church to maximize your effectiveness in building a mission team.
  
  
• Worry-Free Logistical Support: NEXT will take care of all pre-trip and on-the-field logistics, allowing you to concentrate on ministering to and with your students on and off the field.
  
  
• Ongoing Ministry: On the field, NEXT will work alongside you to disciple your group with a focus on leadership training. After the trip, we will follow up with you to ensure your needs were met and to provide ongoing support.
