SPECIALIZED TRAINING: As a student minister, you will receive pre-trip video training material designed for your specific mission trip. This material will not only prepare you and your students for the campaign, but also support your efforts to develop your students into disciple-makers.

 

MOBILIZATION TOOLS: We will assist you by giving you proven resources for both mobilizing and equipping your students. And, we will provide you with tools for communicating with parents and your church to maximize your effectiveness.

 

WORRY-FREE LOGISTICS: NEXT will take care of all pre-trip and on-the-field logistics, allowing you to concentrate on ministering to and with your students.

 

DISCIPLESHIP AND ONGOING SUPPORT: On the field, NEXT will work alongside you to disciple your group with a focus on leadership development training. After the campaign, we will follow up with you to ensure your needs were met and to provide ongoing support.
